TERMS OF SALE


Exchange and Return Privileges:
Jewelry selected from our showcases brought back in original and unworn condition may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days from the date of sale. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt.

Special Orders, Custom Work and Altered Policy:
We regret that special orders are not returnable for refund or exchange. A special order constitutes any jewelry, watch or gift item special ordered, custom-made or altered at the customer's request. Every effort will be made on special orders and custom work to assure customer satisfaction.

Layaway Policy:
Articles may be placed in layaway for a maximum of 6 months, with a minimum deposit of 20%. There must be monthly payment activity and the items must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Returned layaways are issued an in-store credit.

Appraisals:
Appraisals can be issued free of charge at the customer's request for any item purchased at The Diamond Boutique. Appraisals should be updated a minimum of every 3 years.

Warranty Provision:
Jewelry is warranted for one year against defect in workmanship or manufacturing. Problems resulting from abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage is not covered by warranty. Watches are covered by manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to the warranty provision that was provided with your watch purchase.

Repairs are warranted for one year from the date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs completed on the item(s) are covered under this warranty. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. The Diamond Boutique has the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will inform the customer before work is done.
